Job Role
• Design and produce marketing materials, including digital assets, print, and web graphics.
• Maintain and update style guides, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Update website assets and other digital content to keep our brand experience fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all projects.
• Integrate AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Recraft into your workflow to accelerate and enhance creative output.
• Update forms, templates, and promotional content to align with brand standards.
• Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms and contribute to creative concepts that elevate the brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure designs are modern and engaging.

We're Looking For:
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience or interest in integrating AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) into the design process.
• Familiarity with emerging design tools like Recraft is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and branding.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, technical skills, and ability to tell stories visually.
