Job Role
• Design user-centric interfaces and craft seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to execution.
• Maintain and enhance design systems in React and Vue frameworks to ensure consistency across all products.
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, as well as integrate AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and LDM (Large Design Models) to accelerate workflows.
• Utilize design resources like Cursor, shadcn, and Element Plus to bring your designs to life.
• Update and improve the existing user interface based on user feedback and analytics.
• Use innovative tools such as bolt.new, v0, Replit, Relume, and Framer Motion for rapid prototyping and interaction design.
• Advocate for the user and help ensure the best user experience is implemented across all touchpoints.

As a UI/UX Designer at UNIS, you will play a key role in crafting the user experiences that define our brand. You'll leverage both traditional design skills and modern AI-powered tools to create engaging, user-friendly digital products. Working closely with a cross-functional team, you'll ensure that every product we release meets our high standards for usability and aesthetic excellence.
We're Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of interaction design and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems in React and Vue, along with tools such as Cursor, shadcn, and Element Plus.
• Experience or interest in integrating AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and LDM (Large Design Models) into the design process.
• Comfortable using innovative tools like bolt.new, v0, Replit, Relume, and Framer Motion for prototyping and creating interactive components.
• Understanding of design systems, human-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
